For over thirty years our Firm has concentrated much of its practice on the defense of attorneys.  In that capacity we have pioneered significant advances in the defenses available to attorneys in Florida.  Our clients range from sole practitioners to multi-national firms which have hired us directly or through their insurance company.  We are panel counsel for most of the larger insurers of professionals in Florida, and are often hired by other insurers at the request of the insured.  To effectively protect attorneys we first believe in effective risk-management.  To that end, many of our attorneys have performed Continuing Legal Education lectures for attorneys throughout Florida.  We are also hired by insurers to respond to inquiries by their attorneys as to potential problems they encounter.  When an attorney's conduct comes into question we handle all related aspects, from administrative proceedings with the Florida Bar to the litigation and appeal of legal malpractice claims. 

We also recognize that this type of representation often puts at risk our client's livelihood and professional reputation.  Accordingly, as a "lawyer's lawyer" we provide a special level of sensitivity, attention, and communication among our clients, the claims specialist and ourselves.
 We staff our files with the appropriate professional for the task to be accomplished.  Given the vast array of issues which may be presented in representing attorneys, we assign our matters to that professional which has the greatest experience in the area of the underlying claim.
