Our Criminal Defense practice group consists of a team of attorneys who have held positions as law clerk, criminal trial court judge and senior assistant attorney general. Our criminal defense attorneys regularly handle complex criminal litigation in both the trial and appellate court arenas. We have argued thousands of appeals and offered trial support in thousands of trials. We have represented clients facing serious criminal investigations and "white-collar," fraud and business criminal complaints in state and federal courts. Our Criminal Defense practice group is not limited to "white-collar" crime. We also represent clients on all state and federal felonies and misdemeanors. We additionally represent criminal defense clients on plea withdrawals, motions for new trial, post-conviction motions, sentence modifications; sentence reversals; writs of habeas corpus; writs of mandamus; writs of certiorari; violations of probation and international extradition proceedings.
