Over thirty-five years ago, Jon Lynn and Rob Klein joined Pete Stephens in which was then a small Miami defense firm, which was ultimately to become the Stephens Lynn Klein Firm. Over the course of the next ten years, six lawyers became sixty, and the Firm added additional offices throughout the state. Over the thirty-five year history of the Firm, the attorneys at Stephens Lynn tried in excess of a thousand jury trials and handled hundreds of appeals. The Firm is proud of its track record and the development of many attorneys in this state, who have become prominent Members of the Florida Bar, including several members of the judiciary.
Effective February 14th, Jon will be joining Chimpoulis, Hunter & Lynn, P.A. in Davie, Florida. The Stephens Lynn Firm will be renamed Klein Glasser Park Lowe & Pelstring, PL. The Klein Glasser Firm will continue to practice out of the former Stephens Lynn offices in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Ft. Myers.
Jon and Rob would like to personally thank the many lawyers who have helped to establish Stephens Lynn Klein as a premier trial Firm in Florida, along with the paralegals and hundreds of staff members – many of whom have been with the Firm for twenty-five years or more – who have been integral in the Firm's success.
While the demise of Stephens, Lynn may be bittersweet, we recognize that change may occasionally be necessary to ensure personal and professional vitality. We look forward to new challenges, working with the Florida professional community and our other clients for many years to come.
